「Excelente lugar, la experiencia increíble」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「The bathrooms are extremely small, we couldn't sit properly. On our last day there were some missionaries signing loudly in the morning at around 7 AM right outside our door in the courtyard. We had returned from a hike the previous day and wanted to get some sleep. When we spoke to the management they were utterly unhelpful.」

「Our stay at the Cacao was amazing and everyone at the reception was super nice & helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast was delicious & we had it to go for our early morning tours.
