「Staff were amazing on reception and a shout out to the male manager(?) next door at Beefeater! Excellent service! Room was sufficient for our needs the only thing that would be great would be a smart tv in the room!」

「On arrival could have done with better signage as to where to park as we ended up parking at Forbidden Corner. Also not easy to find Reception and when we did find there was no-one there for 10 mins. Room nice, dressing gown and slippers nice touch. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. 「Staff don’t seem to be around at any time. Bed is quite poor. If anyone is staying in the room above you, it may sound like they are about to come through the floor. Bags of linen in the hallway all the time next to the room not just when they are cleaning. Door feels very flimsy and like anyone could walk in at anytime. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking for a nice weekend away but if you have a wedding near by it will do as a place to sleep.」

「First time stating in hotel although haven to Dales many times before. Overall it’s fine but not fabulous. Food is good, tasty especially the breakfast .
