「It was cute but no staff on premises and the only communication was an auto text. Microwave downstairs in common area, not in the room. The bed was higher than my waist and difficult to get into. The door code was very long and parking was near impossible so we had to lug our things 2 blocks in the rain.」

First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130.
