「I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice.」

「We enjoyed our stay here. Claudia and the rest of the staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The location is the best, few minutes to Central Station and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when we are in Bari. 」

「Great location. Decently clean. Had everything we needed. Great bakery shop on next door. Some issues were sound or noise through walls, shower runs out of warm water easily, coffee maker was not sure if clean or not, dark passage to the room after darness, and only one key sets meaning everybody needs to go out or come back together etc.」
