"The key issue was that the host switched our unit location days before our arrival and sold it as an upgrade. "I had an amazing one-night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the train station and easily accessible from the airport. The staff were incredibly kind and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out and even use the swimming pool outside the usual opening hours at no extra cost. The complimentary bike hire was a fantastic bonus and made it easy to explore the old town. Bikes can be borrowed from reception for up to an hour free of charge, which was perfect for sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities."

"The room was clean and as indicated on the pictures. There was staff at the front desk and they showed me to my room as well as included amenities. They made suggestions for nearby food options and also allowed me to stay in their lobby while I was awaiting a driver pick up after my stay. Note that Zodiacus has two locations/buildings where the rooms may be. They are just down the street from each other."

"We stayed in Hi Hotel in Bari for 4 nights and we had the best stay possible. Hotel was not crowded which makes our use of their outdoor pool a fantastic experience. Water was super warm and at times we had it all for ourselves. Absolutely perfect! I would also like to mention staff, as they were so helpful answering our questions and helping us navigate through transport issues, printing maps and advising on places to visit! Breakfast in Hi Hotel is lovely, so much to choose from, and restaurant area is nice and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying and would happily stay another time if we would ever go Bari again!"

The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, professional, ready to help, and go the extra mile. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As a bonus, the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!"
