「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「This hotel was an incredible find!! The location was very easy to walk to from the train station **** if you are walking, MAKE SURE to take the narrow stairs up and over the railroad tracks *** Once you're there, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and splendor of the rooms as well as the overlooking views of the harbor. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... I will definitely be back!!」

「Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again」
