「Have been a regular stayer. Stays every month and they kept my exercise gear.」

「總體上都滿意的。」

「There was no one answering the phone at all — whether calling housekeeping or reception for help. The shuttle bus service is misleading; the hotel works with a third party and they don’t recommend guests to use it. Honestly, why not just cancel the service altogether?」
