"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."

Though we were at the apartment and they were cleaning the apt, the recep insisted that we cannot leave our luggages at the apt. We had to go tho the office which is 15 mins away to leave our luggage and return in 1.5 hours to check in. Real waste of time. "This was not a place we would recommend. If this was in the US we would have cancelled and moved on in a heartbeat. Hotels.com should not place their reputation on the line with 100 plus year privately owned apartments like this."
