Great location in an old but lovely building. We had a clean, fresh but basic room with own shower ( not suitable for a larger framed person ) ! Room was stuffy and warm as had small windows but you could pay €10 per day to get the air-conditioning unit controls. Suited our needs of somewhere to shower and sleep in a half decent bed. We would stay there again if needed to.

Perfect location, staff was friendly and room was more than adequate for a short trip. Only downside was that the neighbors were sometimes noisy at night, but I can’t blame the owner for that. If you’re looking for an affordable accommodation in the beautiful center of Barcelona this is highly recommended.

The room is clean but towels are old. The communication with staff is good. The location is great and close to everything. Only thing is always short of toilet paper and bathroom drain is kind of plugged. The neighbours sometimes are noisy because of thin walls. I can’t blame owner for that.

Comodissima la posizione e nel complesso anche la camera non male. Rispettate le regole del silenzio condominiale dalle 22 in poi. Bagno piccolo ma giusto. Mancava il bagnoschiuma- sapone per le mani ma ci siamo attrezzati in qualche modo! Consiglio per chi non ha troppe pretese e vuole un alloggio carino e super vicino al centro.

A lovely little hostel. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. There was periodically a wait for the bathroom. The building has a very small, but charming, elevator.

The room was very clean and had a lot of things for storage and hanging up our clothes. The kitchen was clean. My only complaint about the kitchen was that the oven and the stove didn’t work. Milana was excellent and so helpful and kept the place clean. My only suggestion is that for as many people that are renting the rooms. There should be an additional bathroom because there was a long wait because of other guests and a lack of toilet paper because people kept taking it with them. But communication with the host was excellent. Maria was very flexible helping us checking in and very informative. Thank you so much! It was an excellent location!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures in the listing. The room we got was incredibly tiny and we could hear every single time someone used the bathroom, since the window to the bathroom was always open, and near our room window. The sheets had hair and stains on them. The check in process was strange,as there was no front desk person, just someone that walked us to the place. There is also a significant “late” check in fee that is non negotiable. I do not recommend this place. You’re better off paying a bit more and staying in a hotel.

オーナーと連絡がなかなか取れず、長い時間(3時間)ホテルの外でメールの返事があるまで待たされた。アシスタントという女性が鍵を持って来てくれたが、忙しい、と言って、どちらが客か分からないようなぞんざいな口調であれこれ指示する。 風呂場にバスタブはあるが、お湯を溜められないように栓が取り外されていた。洗濯機も備え付けになっているが、有料でしかも乾燥機はまともに乾かないので、外のコインランドリーに行ったほうがいいと言われた。 100ユーロの保証金を支払わされるので、償還されるまで不安である。

The check-in process was awful. I received messages in advance of my arrival, but they were in Spanish and I wasn't in a position to translate them until soon before my arrival. I was then charged for a late check-in, although my booking does not mention any such charge. The lady who checked me in was outright rude, her communication was terrible and I had to wait around outside for 20 minutes for her to arrive despite giving her notice of my arrival time. The room itself was small and the window led to a void between a number of apartments, where I could clearly overhear the neighbours' conversations, and even hear them going to the toilet. The room had an air conditioning unit, but there was no controller without an additional payment. Definitely one to avoid.
