The person responsible for handling inquiry responses takes a long time to reply. The apartment is okay, and the location is great if you're okay with noise and activity.

This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. The apartment is clean inside. The outdoor seat cushions have been exposed to the elements for a long time and should be disposed of. There was a pool of water under the washing machine which we managed to mop up. There was to have been a welcome package when we arrived but it was not there. No idea what we missed. There were no bathroom toiletries at first so maybe that was part of the welcome package. Getting in the building requires an app setup to unlock the outside door. Probably good to have this on more than one phone in your party just in case something goes wrong. The two inside layers of doors had PINs as backup to the app. The management company was always responsive and helpful.
All of the cushions not fit for use.
Don’t make coffee in this.

Pues te piden depósito y te mandan según ellos una cuenta que ya te lo devolvieron y pues tiene más de un mes que no me llegan los 150 euros que les mandé!! No recomiendo nada este lugar y ojalá los den de baja!!! Y espero me regresen mi dinero!!! Huele feo el piso

Appartamento centrale vicinissimo alla metro. Posizione ottimale xbun soggiorno indimenticabile a Barcellona. Ci sono tutti i servizi, supermercato, tornerie. Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente
