The rental was beautiful, with a gorgeous window view of the gothic quarter. I loved that it was right in the heart of everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very glad we chose this property for our stay! :)

Modern conversion, very central. Washing machine, cooker and dishwasher. Busy area but quiet at night. Ice cream shop and bakery just outside so ideal for returning to apartment and breakfasts. Outside covered in graffiti which was a bit off putting but most walls in Barcelona are covered in graffiti.

It was a nice appartment but....1 of two a/c and 1 of two toilets did not work. The appartment 2111 was worn out. Needed paint and some good love to look like the pictures. I called to complain and they did not call me back. The pictures sell one thing and the reality is very different. Disappointing over all.

The location was ideal and where we wanted to be in the Gothic area, the terrace was spacious and nice. But check-in required walking about 10 mins away with our luggage which was unexpected and disappointing. The flat is tired and not in the best shape. Don't let the staged photos fool you. The shower door wouldn't stay shut so it leaked everywhere. The laminate floor is old and tired. It has a 1 person elevator so getting luggage up was difficult. Furniture is very basic. I wouldn't stay again.

Amazing location. Overall clean. Check in was ok but would have loved to know there was a public holiday and the Main Street to get there was blocked. When I called to get info on how to get there ....there wasn’t much help. No emergency number either.

No AC? We reported it by phone and email. No one came to offer fans or any solution. We had to sleep in 82 degree temps. During the day it was unbearable. We even called the after hours service and were told it was not something they could address at that time. Upon check in the checkin person was short and snippety. Also, it is unrealistic to walk several blocks with your luggage and children to find a room. A car service should be offered. Lastly the round metal key was not easy to use.

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment was not a luxury unit as advertised, and it was much more expensive than a stay in a nice hotel would have cost. [ ] Bulbs out in recessed lights in main room and master bedroom [ ] Inadequate instructions for washer/dryer [ ] No laundry soap [ ] No instructions for safe. Verbal instructions wrong. I was not able to get safe to work [ ] Mildew in main shower [ ] Insufficient toilet paper [ ] Insufficient dishwasher and dish soap. Dishwasher soap not replaced by house keeping [ ] Room is shabby and worn. Dirty and poorly maintained [ ] Would appreciate advance notice before housekeeping arrives [ ] Water leaking in small bathroom. Don't know if toilet leaks or if main shower leaks under wall [ ] No smoke alarm

Zeer goede ligging , mooi concept maar slechte afwerking ... geen inloopdouche maar uitloopdouche , stekkers trek je zo uit de muur , sjas van toilet valt uit de muur . Veeel lawaai van andere appartementen . Wel super goede bedden , mits een paar onderhoudswerken echt wel voor herhaling vatbaar .

Safety hazard - needs renovation

Besides being in a central location (Gothic Quarter), this 2-bedroom apartment was run-down (cheap materials) and was not worth the money we paid. - a piece of the bathroom wall was missing, exposing nails (safety hazard) - water damaged floors would made it uneven - blocked shower which made water run out of the bathroom into the hallway floors -cheap materials falling off (i.e. toilet flush cover, etc) - wifi was weak. didn't work in the 2nd bedroom - the apartment needs renovation - very noisy (we could hear our neighbors, people in the hallway, people drunk in the streets) The limited pros: - washer machine - kitchen - central location I wish we would have booked a proper hotel instead

Everything was great except for the check in is in an office somewhere else and it took us a while to figure it out since it was in the small details in the reservation. I recommend sending an e- mail or text spicificaly about checking in in advance like a week prior to make it a smoother process. Once we got to the office it was excellent the employee was amazing and made it a much pleasant arrival.

Perfect for a family/2 couples. Well equipped and a perfect location. Check-in smooth and a nice staff. Quiet and safe. We will definately come back.

I like the modern and trendy interior design of the apartment. The location is perfect for shopping and eating out. I also like the 6th floor terrace overlooking the city. The only negative comment I have is that my two children that slept on the pull out couch seemed to have woken up with several big bites. Frankly this ruined their stay and resulted in a sleepless night.

Fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto, lindo diseño del lugar PERO la señal wifi es terrible, no funciona. Las televisiones no funcionaron, el elevador es diminuto, cabe 1 persona con 1 maleta nada más, se sale el agua de la regadera mientras te estás bañando y se inunda todo, las camas y sillones quizá tenían insectos porque todos tuvimos mucha comezón y ronchas. El check in fue fácil porque llegamos muy noche y todo fue siguiendo instrucciones dentro del edificio. Nunca me volvería a quedar ahí ni tampoco lo recomiendo.

A recommander sans hésitation

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement au 6eme et dernier étage. Cet appartement possède une grande terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale, Montjuic, la plage de Barcelone... Il est d’une grande propreté car récemment rénové. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied ainsi que les bars/restaurants. A recommander sans hésitation

The establishment was much older and therefore more damaged than in the pictures. In addition, we had cockroaches in the apartment, even though we didn’t bring any food or drinks to the apartment. Overall it was fine, and it was a very beautiful apartment, located really well, however its condition had a lot of signs of damage through time
