Great location, well appointed, large and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Alex at the front desk is a great example of how all hotel reception employees should operate. We had a couple of minor requests which the maintenance team addressed immediately. This is a second time we stay here, and will definitely come back when we are in Barcelona again.

This hotel in Barcelona has great views and is overall a good property, but to me, it doesn’t live up to the luxury it claims. For the high price, I expected more in terms of service and overall experience. The location is good, but I wouldn’t call it great.
