The only downsides are that the hotel is located slightly away from the central shopping area, which may require additional travel time, and the in-room TV does not support HDMI connection, which can be inconvenient for guests who wish to connect their own devices. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind being a little further from the main shopping district."

"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."
