Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle which runs daily. Close to lots of eateries. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay and will book again on our next trip.

Superb for families. The staff were very nice. My small kid went out to find me when I stepped out to buy something yet the staff brought my kid to the room safely. Perfect for a family.

Very roomy apartment for our family of 5. The staff were polite, attentive, generous with drinking water and on top of housekeeping. Only downside was the intermittent wifi.

The staff was great. I was surprised to find that my hotel room was actually an old one-bedroom apartment. It needs a little touch up here and there but was otherwise fine.

The service is adequate. The photos are 100 percent deceiving. The property is run down and in a very shady part of town. It is also very far from shopping and dining. The area is not family friendly at all.

Quite stay

The check in and out was very smooth. Helpful staff. Good location. Good swimming pool. Spacious rooms. Good Wi-Fi. However, no communication means with the reception, no restaurant and the building a bit old. You need to walk for 10-15 minutes to the restaurants street.

4泊しました。ベッドメイキングは毎日されているものの、シーツは1度も交換されていませんでした。初日にシーツに染みがあり、毎日その染みはついていたので交換はされていないことに気付きました。 2つの、シャワールームがありましたが、1つは使えませんでした。スタッフにお願いして3日目に治りました。治っても、お湯の出は悪く、しばらくお水しかでなかったり不便しました。排水溝は、かなり流れが悪く水浸しです。最寄り駅がナナ駅ですが、駅から20分は歩きます。荷物を持っての移動は、かなり負担になります。ソンテウの定期運行が何本かあり、帰りの予定時刻にはなかったのですが、お気遣いで駅まで送ってもらったことには感謝します。
