Well wore but acceptable. Centrally location to the Sukhumvit Nana area. Good small local restaurants (one on sight). A few blocks to the elevated running/biking paths which also lead to the Lumphini park and its 3km running/biking loop (great morning run). Head for the pool to cool down and relax after a run. Nana Plaza two blocks away. Enjoy Cheers

A good sized room. All amenities present. Fridge, shower, kettle, safe (didn’t work). Fairly quiet despite the location. Fresh towels. Sheets looked clean. Room looks tired, and the smell of cigarette smoke was off putting for a non smoker. Budget price so all good enough.

The kitchen had barely anything to cook with. Give a deposit, get a couple of items to cook with. To eat with, a spoon and 2 forks, a couple of plates. A microwave. The room itself is quite large. However, a big however, the only furniture besides the bed is one worn out easy chair, and half a round table (with 2 chairs). This size, should have sofa/love seat, coffee table at least. Very dirty; have to keep on bothering front desk, maids to do any cleaning, and still they do not wipe anything. A/C did work well though. Price is good, though. Extra space is useless unless you just need lots of floor space, say have 15 pieces of luggage. Front desk was polite. Very good location for food, etc, access to Nana area. Fairly quiet as a few hundred meters from the livelier part of Nana. Bed very stiff (thin old mattress).

Really like the people they work there. It’s very 1970’s. Rundown in a cool way. For the price it’s great. The rooms with the kitchens on the 3rd floor have good internet speeds. Small pool. It’s just on the edge of the Soi 4 action which offers some respite from the bars, etc.. breakfast is really god for the price.

Older property but close to major parks, public transport and entertainment options. Room was big, like studio apartment. They allowed me to check in early. There is a 7-Eleven practically next door for your immediate shopping needs. Felt safe in, on and around the property.

It’s my go to hotel in Bangkok now. I used to stay at another one opposite Nana plaza but it’s so old and dated. Here is much better Everything is so much more modern and fresher. Close to the action but quieter. Definitely a good choice

If you get the deep discount that seems to be available on every booking site, this is a great deal. The rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the air con works well and there’s plenty of hot water. These are all things you often don’t find in bites at this price. Is it older? Yes. Is it a bit shabby around the edges? Yes. Is that part of its old Bangkok hotel. Charm? For me, yes. But not for everybody. But for the price and the location, this is a real steal.

Always happy with this hotel.

I’ve been coming here for over ten years now. It’s no frills but ideal. Huge rooms, pleasant staff, comfortable beds, great location. A pity the breakfast buffet didn’t come back after Covid as that was superb. The only negative I can give is that some of the other residents have no awareness of others, they will have rooms at either end of the corridor and rather than walking down to speak they will bellow at each other at all hours making a lot of noise. Not the hotel’s fault that their customers have no manners.

Great Location, Nice Staff.

I have been staying here for years, the rooms are huge, the staff are friendly, it’s in a super location. It’s a little dated in the fixtures and fittings but the price and local easily outweigh that. Only issue is sometimes the other guests can be massively antisocial. I was on a floor where large groups would move between rooms, shouting and playing music at anytime they please. Possibly Cultural differences, I don’t think it’s Ok to shout down the corridor to your friend at 3am, they did. Nevertheless I stayed 10 days with no other issues.
