I stayed here for a few days it was very good comparing the price. The front staff lady is very helpful always. If she is not busy with customers she is very kind and helpful. If I go to Bangkok I will stay there again.

Absolute false advertising, Wotif should be ashamed of advertising this place. Rooms are stinky, hot, old, dirty, uncomfortable. Shame on both Wotif and Oyo.

All of the staff were great. Very conveniently located to restaurants and a 7/11 literally down stairs. It's a short walk to Khao San road if you are looking for a place to unwind and have fun. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.

房間在我訂時就知道不大，但入住後比我想像中還要小，明明註明吸煙房結果還是不能抽煙，除了附近離考山路很近出入方便還有樓下就有7-11，其他就不知還有什麼可說……

Good location with public transportation

Overall, I had a good experience during my one week stay here. The staff was nice and the common areas were clean. HOWEVER, my room was never cleaned and I had to go and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. AC worked great though! Lastly, it is in a great location because it's quiet and there is public transportation nearby (buses, not BTS or skytrain though). One of those buses can take you to the airport too!

convenient location

The room was small but adequate, and the staff were happy to oblige. No breakfast was no issue with a 7-11 next door and plenty of eateries nearby. Can easily walk or catch a bus/taxi to many places of interest.

Stay away!

Bad impression from the moment we entered the hotel: lobby under construction with debris every where! Service was extremely lousy: front desk personel tried to pocket money by charging extras! Bed sheets were dirty and ripped! Not recommended if you travel with your family. OK if you travel by yourself and on a tight budget/ or you just need a place to sleep. Their rooms don't like the photos they show, what a scam!

Good value for your money

The room was tiny (we could barely get around the bed) but for $25 a night and overall very clean and well-kept I can't complain. Great deal. Location is in the older area of Bangkok (not the super touristy side) so if you're into rooftop bars and nightlife this isn't really close to that, but if you want a good base for seeing sights and experiencing the real Bangkok, this place is great.

Decent size room. Location was good - food and sites are close. Staff was nice and helpful. The bed was a little uncomfortable. AC worked great. There was construction going on so the noise level in the building was very bad.

Good value central quiet location

Easy to access shows up on GPS and Google as Pannee Residence Dinsor. Uber friendly location. Easy 5 min stroll into Khao San Road 'party central'. next door to 711 store. Street food at door step. A few more steps to McDonalds. Great staff, honest and precise local knowledge from Enhlish speaking happy staff. No fuss late check out option (6pm). Clean and comfortable small rooms. Great hotwater shower.
