The housekeeping staff is incredible. My suite was kept incredibly clean throughout my stay. The bathrooms are very well appointed with rainfall showers as well as handheld shower heads. The Concierge, Addison is absolutely incredible. He can assist with anything you might need. In addition, every staff member I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel in the best location

This was the first hotel I ever stayed In Thailand back in 2012 when it was the President Palce. Still a fantastic hotel (maybe not just as nice) Great location don’t really have any complaints apart from the price (£115 per night) which is just way over the top which means i wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Excellent location

It’s a great hotel right in the thick of it in Sukhumvit. My only annoyance was having paid for an upgrade to a Privilege Room, I assumed that would get access to the Privilege Club, but I had to pay extra again for that.
