Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. "My email enquiries were always promptly replied prior to my arrival. The check-in service at the club lounge was courteous, but I had to wait about 1.5 hours for the housekeeper to clear the booked club room. The room was very clean, and had a clear and direct view of Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC Park. I like the buggy ride provided between the hotel and Suria KLCC, it saved me a lot of time. Checking out was very smooth, and the doorman kept a lookout for my e-hailing car. The stay made my New Year very special."
