「The staff and the dining room staff are amazing. We really enjoyed Anna, Morgan and Susie. The food was wonderful. We had breakfast vouchers each morning which we know is the smart way to go here! The a/c was ok but we could not adjust it to be as strong (blowing) as we like. Please fix the hottub so it is available for our next visit!」

「The Buxton was a great hotel to stay at! We were there for a wedding and the whole wedding was staying there which made it so fun. We had a great balcony that overlooked the courtyard. There was a fun gameroom as well. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again. It was great!」

「It was fine, and comfortable. The amenities were pretty good, but I was surprised that there wasn't a coffee maker Or an iron in the room. Oddly, there were coffee packets and an ironing board in the room, but no way to use them. I was given at check-in, a GrubHub/Hampton Inn coupon for $10 off a delivered meal which did not offer me a promo code or or anything. $10 was NOT taken off, which was annoying. Why give your customers a coupon that is worthless? The staff was generally good,...

「Convenient to Columbus airport 1-70 exit -- dining gas options for travelers. New modern clean safe bare bones 28 room hotel. No restaurant pool or breakfast....but if that keeps the price reasonable I'll be back. Water pressure shower quality is about a 5 of 10 get to at least an 8 and it's excellent place to stay a nite or 2.」

「The staff was accommodating. The room was not smelling right and they put me in the new room. The staff was nice. I like the free washer and dryer plus the free breakfast and a snack for dinner.」

「This has got to be the best hotel customer service I have ever received. We had three or more people ask how we are and if we needed anything at all in the first few hours we were there. The owner himself came and helped us with some little things he thought hay have been a challenge (that turned out to not even be a challenge). I loved the responsiveness. I already booked my next stay when we have business here next time. Loved it! 」
