「Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. Good place to stay. The room was freshly renovated and clean. Only he room was cold when we arrived, and it took a while to heat it up. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. 」

The rooms are very comfortable and cosy, they are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. 「We stayed here both the night before and after our flights from Stansted. It was just what was required - clean, warm and quiet. We had a nice meal in a local pub about 20 mins walk away called The Nags Head which was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The car parking was as expected £5 per night and we parked right outside (1 min walk). Super quick and easy to drive to the airport accross J8 - took about 6 mins. We would definitely stay here again before an early flight.」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」
