"Excellent hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities were great. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Location is everything when traveling, if you are visiting the parks ( universal) and don’t want to break the bank this hotel is great. Like any other hotel an additional deposit was required for each room for accidentals and 44 dollars a night for valet sheesh 😲 Good food options onsite. 👍 My only complaint was the elevators took forever. 臘‍♂️ Big shout out to housekeeping they kept our rooms cleaned daily ❤️"

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

"They didn’t have enough kitchen items to cook with. It was very hard to cook for a family of five with the items provided. The villa could have been more clean, the rugs were very dirty when we arrived. There was a pile of fruit loops in the living room and there was dead bugs on the side tables. The jacuzzi was also filthy and when we expected cleaning on Thursday no one came. Also upon arrival our vila didn’t have shampoo, conditioner, or hand wash. When we wanted to use the pool it was very dirty with a sort of milk color. The staff was nice though! The cleaning staff was kind and courteous. I enjoyed our stay but for the price I expected more."

"No me gustó el cobro diario de 5 dólares por el uso de la piscina, por que también tienen el cobro de parking. Deberían eliminar uno de los 2 por que si no puedes usar la piscina por que eres alérgico al clorox como quiera lo cobran y no debería ser. Entiendo deben orientar a las personas sobre el uso de la piscina que son 5 dólares diarios y que sea opcional para el huésped. Al menos yo no lo sabía, y darle esa opción de que si usa la piscina se le cobrará los 5 dólares, si paga para el uso de la piscina usen pulseras si no pagan no le pongan pulseras."

"Originally we were booked in tower 1. Do not stay in tower 1. The rooms were older and not renovated and the room smelled musty. We were moved to tower 2 where the rooms were renovated and much nicer. House keeping mistakenly threw away my son’s retainers that were on the nightstand so do not leave anything out if you leave the room. Very expensive mistake. The stay overall is as good, Kayla at the front desk was very helpful and kind."
