「A great hotel to travel with children. The salt water pool is amazing. We did have issues with getting chairs by the pool because people reserve them and the hotel send tonhace no control over this. Staff worked hard and were helpful, particularly Lucia and Erika in the Magical restaurant and Adrianna (unsure of exaxt spelling)and Laura who did aqua fit and aerobics daily, always with a smile. 「The apartment was well-distributed, the balcony was large, the cleaning personnel were friendly and service-minded. The parking was free and roofed, which was really nice. The surroundings were nice, close to Playa Blanca/Puerto Blanco, but the apartahotel is actually in Las Coloradas. All in all a very nice experience and comes highly recommended.」
