"Location is perfect, staff is friendly, food options are good, pool is awesome. The hotel folks continuously forced us to take the timeshare property tour (in exchange for boat tour coupon) and that it would not take much time. Ultimately we accepted but it was the worst experience ever when we got there. The guy responsible for the tour was arrogant, condescending, threatening and argumentative. He threw a fit of rage when we told him we want to go back. I was about to call the police/embassy since we felt cornered. I have everything on video. Ultimately, the hotel staff person was kind enough to give us a lift back to the hotel. My advice, NEVER EVER AGREE to get the timeshare tour."

"Everything was excellent! Beautiful!! Food and service top notch! The only difficulty for older people is the bathtub. Very difficult to get in and out. Not recommendable for people with mobility issues. "

"Property is great! Beautiful landscaping. Great splits for the pools (family vs adult vs activity and VIP pool). Food was just OK, not terrible, but nothing special. Rooms could use a refresh, but they were ok. Location was fantastic, being on the beach and at the marina, you can’t beat it. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"It was our first time and we were very satisfied with everything. Staff were courteous and friendly and very hospitable. Food and drinks are overflowing. Amenities are complete for me, there is always something for everyone. The only complain I had was since we were there during spring break, there were a lot of college students and so therefore some of them leave some drinks or plates on some random spots but apart from that they are just minding their own business like everyone else. "Very limited pool size seats and people get up very early and selfishly put towels down and then we’ll return hours later. Staff need to monitor that better or add more chairs to properly. The rooftop is the only available to altitude members only which is not disclosed when you are booking. Food is very bland. Also all the restaurants that’s available on the property are not open to all guests, some are only available for altitude members only. Prior to booking on Expedia please go to the hotel website to see what is available for non altitude members. My booking listed room service was available and unfortunately when I got to the hotel, they told me that it was not "
