Granted, we arrived a half hour before check in time. However rather than a "good day and welcome" the first words we got were "you can't check in yet". It was obvious that the hotel wasn't full. On arrival, the booking system went down resulting in a 1 hour wait in the foyer, to be allocated a room. The shower gel had not been replenished between guests, leaving an empty container and no shower gel for use. Disappointing stay overall, I would not recommend or stay again.
