"Breakfast was good. One room AC was not working. The check-in was 3pm but we ended up waiting till 4pm. Their reason the room was not ready yet."

"I came to stay here for 3 nights because the reviews on Hotels.com were not bad. Many Motel 6’s across the country are completely good stays. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I booked a King room, got 2 queens, not the end of the world, get to the room (non smoking room) and it reeked of cigarettes. Upon walking further into the room I noticed burn holes throughout all the bedding, bugs, filth all over the walls and curtains, stains everywhere etc. The door did not lock properly and did not have a latch or anything extra for safety. I ended up having to walk to a different hotel to see if they had any rooms available. Not to mention, the front desk staff, clearly a married couple, were extremely rude to me and unaccommodating. I asked for my money back and they did not want to give it to me. Additionally they said they couldn’t give me a refund or any money back because I stayed in the room. I did not, I only walked in, looked at the state of the room and left. I never write reviews but I couldnt not after everything that happened. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"This hotel is extremely tired and the pictures online don’t convey the correct message. The air conditioner is a window air conditioner and it would not stay on so our room was extremely hot all night long. We didn’t sleep. The hotel rooms are very tired this hotel needs a full renovation if it’s going to continue."

"This is our second time staying in there we love the room with the panoramic view. It’s so beautiful looking out over the Detroit river and Detroit city watching the bar just go up and down the river. It’s very entertaining. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed a meal there good service. All the staff is friendly and nice and helpful with maps and places to go the next time we are in Windsor we’re definitely stay in there again. My favourite is the 14th floor and the panoramic view. It’s just lovely."

"The property is in need of some minor repairs. The vinyl wall covering doesn't seem to have been installed properly; it's becoming loose at the seems. It's an easy fix with the proper adhesive for wall covering. Have spent several decade's in the construction field. l Will be back next time we head down. It's in a good local to get to all major roadways."
