"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Fomos tão bem recebidos por Lore e Giusepe! Agradecidos pela hospitalidade . Quarto confortável apesar de travesseiro duro (apenas para mim, meu marido não se incomodou). O espaço pequeno para as malas (tínhamos 4 ao total). Café da manhã delicioso e bem variado. Banheiro tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Giusepe deixou a hidromassagem preparada para o horário do retorno do passeio, foi muito relaxante. Recomendo para quem procura um lugar cercado de tranquilidade e que esteja viajando com carro...

The room was very comfortable and well heated, the location ideal, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants, while also being a short walk distance from the charming old town. "We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!"
