Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. "we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient."
