"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. "The location, views of the old city and staff were excellent! The property itself was dated, but clean. We received parking advice from the front desk and that was very helpful. We arrived for breakfast at 0900 but it was done for the day. This website indicates that breakfast was until 0930 so we were disappointed to miss it."
