「Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service. The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean. 」

「Check in was smooth. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and a pleasant surprise. This hotel is close to the new extension, however takes about 10 mins walk (downhill) to Haram near Clock Tower. Please keep in mind, 2 mins of walk back is uphill. There is a bridge to the Haram right next to this hotel but it was closed. Once it opens, getting to the Haram should be convenient! Room was clean, and overall the hotel is not run down like some of the other Mecca hotels. Bathroom was...
