"It does the trick for a night by the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodated a late night check-in which I greatly appreciated. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The room was definitely dated, and could probably go for a good deep clean. I did find the bed pretty comfortable compared to some others have had in Bali :)"

"Stayed here for 1 short night, while I was attending an event at Luna Beach Club. Pros: The staff were wonderful and accommodating, I arrived late (2AM) and a member of the staff stayed up to greet me and check me in, and the area was relaxing and quiet. Cons: there were some mold issues, which is understandable considering the climate and the location right by a river, but for people with sensitivities/allergies it might be problematic ALSO - THE ACTUAL ADDRESS is not at the map point Expedia...

"2 bed villa was nice. Only downside is the 2 rooms are not connected internally, ie. You have to go outside to get to the other room. Also, kitchen is outside. Restaurant is great. Staff fantastic."

Particular standouts include front office staff, Yuri, whose personality and way of being brim with competence and professionalism, servers, Kadek, Sri and Gede, housekeeper, Evlin, chefs, Sari and Nanda, and even security Komang, who always greeted me with a smile and helped me with non security needs.
