「Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices.
