「Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. We couldn’t sleep until around 1am because we only managed to kick one of the two spiders out. I told the reception girl the next morning that...
