「They upgraded us to a flat instead of a studio which was really nice but the flat didn’t have any toiletries or towels.」

「WiFiは繋がりやすく客室は綺麗でした。スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切です。空港の近くなので、ルクソールに行行く時などおすすめです。部屋にはドライヤーがないのですが、借りることはできます。エジプトのホテルはどこもそうかもしれませんが、暖房がつかないので寒がりな人は防寒具は必須です。」

「Paradise Hotel was a great choice for us it’s very nice place the room with balcony was very good and clean the stay excluded breakfast and breakfast was very good the staff at the reception from the manager Ms Omnia Yasmin and Abdul rahman were very helpful and nice our thanks to all of them. Overall we were very happy in this hotel and also this hotel is 2 minutes from City Star the biggest mall in Cairo we definitely stay there again 」

「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」
