「Great place for backpackers exploring Hanoi on a budget Perhaps not the best for families. The room was clean but quite utilitarian, not as nice as the photos. There was no elevator, but most of the rooms seemed to be on the main floor. The lock to our room was very poor. It could have been easily picked by a child. But we had no problems.
