「Quiet, clean and great location.」

「Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was simple but delicious and staff was kind. Easy stop on a drive from Florence to Calabria. Good value for the price. Hotel is a bit outdated but everything is clean and functions well. Exactly what we needed as a family of 4. 」

「Hotel is a good option to who is arriving in Rome, but not to whom depend to public transport, it doesn’t have direct access to bus line and train. Breakfast could have more variety like eggs and more options of fruits. 」

「Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description. Like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Only one lift there. Breakfast is average 3-star. The only thing good is free parking, nothing else. Will not stay here next time if I have other choices.」

「Clean and nicely decorated room. Slippers and toiletries provided. I did have the impression that this was an apartment with a kitchenette. No, it’s just a room. The shared kitchen is upstairs. Also you are not allowed to have food or drink in the room. So if you want a cup of tea/coffee, or food, it has to be upstairs in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. No cup of tea relaxing in your pyjamas. The room is a 10 minute walk from the station and well located in town and for Villa D’Este. A short...

「The place was nice enough. It was clean. It’s a long walk from the train station though. There are no taxi’s here, you have to walk. Turn LEFT out the station and over the walk-bridge over the river then up the maIn road. Don’t go through old town - suitcases don’t do well on cobblestones. 」

The host was amazing, very easy to communicate, he went beyond expectations and did everything possible and impossible to help us and make our stay comfortable.
