"El lugar es muy socio, una cama con pulgas te espera cuando vas a dormir, debajo de ella tienen encendedores e insectos. Su televisión no sirve, y su lámpara tampoco, además solo tiene un foco de 5 whats alumbrando toda la habitación, por lo que a partir de las 8 pm no se ve nada. Pero eso es decir poco lo peor son las personas que atienden. Cómo es un lugar en el que hace mucho calor deje la puerta entre abierta en la noche, llegó el dueño y pateo mis pertenencias y grito “cierra la puerta”...

After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in."

"We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us.
We had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend for a quiet space to rest whilst visiting Rome. "
