"Property was very close to the Town and other important locations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Guests wishing to stay there ought to bring their own wash cloths and face towels including a portable iron since the Hotel doesn’t provide any of those. The restaurant on site as well as room service makes getting food very easy"

- location, near all the important sites in Sarnath
- central air conditioning, spacious rooms,
- easily parking
- overall, hotel building is nice and spacious
- Hotel manager is very nice, takes charge of anything and everything
Not So Good:
- service was terrible
- room service was bad
- poor breakfast
I almost felt bad because a nice hotel is poorly run. Staff is friendly but not very efficient.

"Room size was good, but no fridge in room for drinks to keep cold. Bathroom was ok.. no stirrers for tea. There were mosquitoes and foind some bugs too..overall ok but not worth the price.
