「Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!」

「Amazing how it is so quiet inside the Riad compared to the hustle and bustle just outside the door. Great shower- one of the best we had in all of Morocco!」

「Excellent service, comfortable stay, good location ,walking distance to most of the sightseeing areas.Delicious food in their restaurants!」

「Kamal was very proactive in offering a car from the airport (with a predetermined price) which we appreciated very much. The driver was very professional and the car was pristine. Kamal met us at the drop off and escorted us down the maze of the corridors to the Riad. This was especially useful as there isn't an option to bring a car to the door. It was very cool to "see" how it was (in modern times). The downside was it wasn't really an option to order an Uber to the address...Uber...

「Staff is amazing and specially zidan and Abdul they are very professional and breakfast was supperb I recommend everyone to come」

「I will start… and probably end… by praising the staff at the Riad Tizou. I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech. The location of the property was very convenient to most of the sights I think most people will want to visit while I’m Marrakech. A few minutes walk to the Souks… the Secret Garden… the Madrasa… Jamaâ el Fnaa etc. A little...

「Breakfast and staff were amazing」

「All staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is tidy and clean. Breakfast is yummy, love the homemade yogurt which is natural and not sweet. Enjoyed a lot staying here. 」

「all went well but not caring for the needs」

「The Riad looks like it was a great place but something bad happened to it few months ago. First of all after arranging pickup from tha airport, noone was waiting for us. Riad's reaction when we finally arrived, was even more surprising questioning us, and telling us that they were expecting us to contact them. When showing the phone and many calls we tried to make to contact them, we were told thet number that is on their page and in the email signature is long time not in use. At the end had to...

「Great place to stay in busy Marakesh.」

「Tucked away in a great part of the Medina. A little tricky to find it the first time. Staff are super welcoming. Rooms are unique and lovely. The bathroom was the nicest hotel bathroom that I’ve ever seen. The terrace is beautiful. The breakfast was great (and no problem with supplying us breakfast early for our morning flight). Highly recommend Yves if you are staying in Marrakech.」

「Property is here unique but you need a travel guide to help you find the property very difficult to find very dark at night to navigate and they tried your additional fees before you leave. They never tell you in the beginning when you book with Expedia it says you pay no more fees and then when you’re leaving, they tell you you owe them a certain amount.」

「Beautiful Riad in the Medina! Room was clean and very nice! Staff was amazing and very friendly. We ate breakfast at the Riad twice. It was delicious and prepared fresh by the staff. The pool was nice. There is also a very nice terrace at the top of the Riad. We walked almost everywhere but taxis are just a 3 minute walk away if needed. The souks are just as close. If I were to return to Marrakech, I would absolutely book here again.」
