"If you’re going to a baseball game or somewhere downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to navigate getting back. So many movies were filmed here so it’s kind of fun to experience. They give you a few more perks compared to other hotels when you check in like the beverage credit some spa credit and different things instead of just 1. The staff and attitudes in the restaurants and cafes could be a lot better, but it’s LA and part of the culture. I also called for bell service and they told me that they didn’t do bell service and I was like OK… and then he called back and said I’m sorry I was just really busy so I didn’t appreciate being lied to you, but I’m glad that he apologized"

"I've stayed at this property many times throughout the years, even before it was the Delphi. And I must say that the new owners have really stepped things up! The pool and rooftop are one of the best venues in all of downtown L.A., in my opinion. The rooms are great! And the staff is friendly and helpful. And it is reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend!"
