「Absolutely great hotel in great area if the great city. Stayed with my wife and friends 7 nights, had a great experience, paid $95 per night per room, with fantastic sea view from balcony, all toiletries, free water, tea, teapot, iron, everything you need. Was impressed with reception staff, they speak at least three languages including Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
