"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

"The stay was very bad 1- Air conditioner is not working well 2- They gave us a room which is not ours 3- no Kettle 4- fridge is not working and smells disgusting 5- the bed had terrible springs and was very noisy and uncomfortable at all 6- No one asks for cleaning, laundry or even changing the towels"

"There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time.
