Good value for the money hotel

Very nice hotel on a quiet side street but near to major boulevards. A very good value for the money. No amazing views really to speak of, but rooms are nice, clean and modern.

Overall it was just functional for my needs. However no kettle and cups or tea/coffee provided which was probably the most annoying part. The breakfast was limited but decent enough. The wifi was a bit spotty as well. The location is far to walk to the downtown but bolt is cheap, so about 10mins away

Avoid due to overbooking

My check-in didn't happen. I was told there were no available rooms and sent to another (substandard) hotel. Next days I was told my six-day reservation didn't exist. Found later. Management was approved by email a few times for compensation for this kind of treatment but didn't even bother to reply. The hotel itself had many issues...

There were frequent light outages, in bath once i took the shower it always stay wet due to slope issue,there were dirty bedsheet. There was no trash can in the room to throw the garbage although we asked the management to give us one, multiple times Services were not good enough.

Ekstream dårlig oplevelse!!! Det er bestemt ikke 4 stjerne, det var en kæmpe scam, brødet til morgenmaden havde grønne pletter på, på trods af at vi siger det til staffet, så skifter staffet ikke brødet. Lufthavntransport kom ikke som aftalt, de svare ikke på telefonen uanset om man ringet fra Danmark el. Aserbajan, staffet var helt vildt fræk, råbte af os og smid os konstant ud af morgenmads bordet. Værelset havde kun en seng og intet andet, ingen håndklæder, intet i minibaren, udsigt til militære kørertøjer og arbejdsplads, badværelset var forstoppet og vandet løb ud i værelset, forfærdelig!!!! Jeg kræver faktisk min penge tilbage!

Good hotel for the price

The hotel is good value for money. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was OK I guess for a hotel breakfast. (I don't actually like any hotel breakfasts) The hotel is located only 5 minutes taxi ride from city centre.

Leider waren einige Sachen nicht wirklich professionell. Das Morgenessen war immer gleich angerichtet, keine Varianten wurden angeboten. Der Sauberkeit wird nicht Sorge getragen, so hat das Putzpersonal selten sorgfältig und sauber geputzt. Zudem gingen an 2 Tagen die Putzarbeit vergessen. Das Hotelmanagement hat teilweise Versprechungen gemacht, die nicht gehalten wurden. Zudem wurden wir bei der Ankunft um etwa 2h vertröstet, um dann entsprechend einchecken zu können.

My second visit to the shores of the Caspian Sea and to this hotel. They coped with my 4 night stay being split into 3 bookings (flights around the big football match meant changing plans!) Great service, helpful and friendly at all times. They even recognised my friends from the first visit even though they weren't staying there this time, and looked after their bags. Only drawbacks were the closure of the metro branch line just up the road, so getting into centre was either longer or more expensive. Plus my room was under some part of the kitchen where there was too much noise at times.
