「Everything about this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the Old City in Baku can be recommended. The staff were all very warm, friendly, most helpful, and professional. We were able to return from exploring and discovering the many beautiful sites of Azerbaijan back to the comfort of a lovely room – with balcony – overlooking the cobbled streets of the City.」

Couple of little extras would always make such a difference - coffee and tea facilities, light switch by the bed, etc. I didn't get the breakfast as I checked out early. But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel.
