「Matfen Hall really is outstanding, my stay was faultless. All staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful- I was greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink and my bags were taken up to my room whilst I checked in and relaxed in the Great Hall. 「Stayed for one night just wanted a peaceful break and had an excellent experience. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in the chesterfield suite and the room was immaculate and cozy. They provided chocolate and strawberries as we were celebrating a big birthday which was a lovely surprise on arrival.
