「Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.」

「Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「Das Personal konnte kein Englisch. Das Zimmer war extrem warm und stickig. Auch der kleine Ventilator konnte da wenig Abhilfe schaffen. Die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten einmal nachts nicht, die Servicenummer war nicht erreichbar und die Tür wurde erst nach lautem Rütteln geöffnet. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Die Parkplätze waren meistens belegt. Positiv war, dass das Zimmer sauber war und jeden Tag aufgeräumt wurde. Der kleine Kühlschrank war auch sehr praktisch. Die Lage nur 20 min vom...

「Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch. Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't...
