Gem in an out of the way place

Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it. Cannot really fault this place The is an area just up the hill - the Old Town, almost a film set from Dickens well worth a wander around here too.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Personal ist sehr freundlich - die Ausstattung ist mehr als 3 Sterne. Nur das Fernsehen auf dem Zimmer ist tricky... Per QrCode zu aktivieren.. sonst schaltet der TV nach 5 min ab. Für ältere Leute kaum zu schaffen. Sonst alles gut.

L'accueil à notre arrivée, par la préposée a ete vriment super top. Aimable, acceuillante, profesionnelle et nous a donne une masse d'informations sur l'hôtel les règles de celui-ci et les alentours de l'hôtel. Par contre la dame du samedi matin était assez grognon. Les environs de l'hôtel sont très sympa et nous avons fort apprécié les commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons cet endroit chaleureusement

Lækkert gennemkørsel hotel

Super fint lille hotel, i en historisk gammel bygning. Nyrenoveret og super fin service, både i receptionen, i restauranten, og til morgenmaden. Der er parkering tilknyttet hotellet mod betaling, super fint, flotte rene og lækre nye værelser, fin aircondition og alt spillede bare så godt. Helt klart et hotel som vi anbefaler videre.

Super service, chambre bruyante

La réceptionniste a été très attentive et a fourni un service exceptionnel: Par contre, nous avons "dormi" dans la chambre 18, il y avait une machine qui faisait du bruit à l'extérieur et nous a gêné pour dormir; je me demande si le gérant de l'hôtel a essayé d'y dormir:

Politique de changement d'une réservation en cours inflexible : apres la 1--ère nuit passé dans cet hôtel , j'ai annonce que je dois raccourcir mon séjour donc je vais y rester uniquement 2 nuit au lieu de 3 . La réponse de l'hôtel est impossible d'annuler votre 3 nuit , car le séjour à déjà commence, donc obligé de payer la totalité de la réservation. Hôtel a éviter !
