「They had roaches in the restaurant. Next day a guy was sprinkling some powder(most likely poison) around the food. I got sick when I got back home and could only imagine that it came from there. The hallways look old. The room was extremely hot with no ac. They had a portable ac in the room with no exhaust tube that goes out the window, so basically it was useless, as it can’t be used properly. Only plus is that the staff is friendly」

「Beautiful, new hotel. The staff was super friendly. The Chop Chop restaurant is connected, convenient and tasty!」

「I was not able to stay here. The hotel was not where it said it was and did not exist. I tried to contact Expedia but just got circular bot garbage and disconnection. Finally Expedia just ghosted me. Never did they offer any other accommodation or my money back. And once disconnected, even though they knew definitively I could not stay there, it was though my problem vanished, and they made no further effort to compensate me in any way. I want my money back and I don’t think I’ll ever use their...

「This is definitely a tranquil haven set amongst a city of contrasts. The team were attentive went out of their way to ensure my stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs/requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with.
