「Great hotel! We enjoyed heated pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were well equipped and neat. And lobby is amazingly decorated.」

「Reception area needs to be changed back to former design. Current area hardly does the property justice. 」

「The Westin is our new favorite resort & spa in the area. Only complaint is the restaurant was closed for a wedding and we were not made aware at check in. We had to find other decent dining options within walking distance. Gondola to Beaver Creek also not open; assume because it’s not ski season yet? Not clear on website.」

「I came here for vacation at the end of September. Except that the water in the swimming pool is not very hot, this is a great hotel, fully in line with the Ritz-Carlton level! !」
