「Staff excellent- friendly, polite, helpful. Fabulous location, right in the middle of Ortigia but hotel itself an oasis of calm. Family room very spacious and lovely. Breakfast buffet standard/good. Terrace bar nice to have but small with limited opening - still can’t believe they don’t know what a limoncello spritz is, when it’s so popular elsewhere - but tried hard to accommodate. 「Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable mattress with a great AC unit!!! Important on those hot Sicilian nights. I rented the suite which was very spacious and full of 18th century charm. The host was very informative at check in, explaining how to navigate the city center. All staff were wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was a private tour of the main palazzo, built in 1726. 」
