「The first room we had smelled musty and not clean. We requested a new room and management quickly made that happen, as well as reduced our rate for the night. I felt like they cared about our experience and tried their best to make us comfortable. I appreciate the customer service.」

The air conditioner/heating unit was very loud but I understood that it may have been working hard to keep the room warm. Otherwise the room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was right for a quick overnight stay.」
