Staff were welcoming, rooms had all the necessary amenities one would need during their stay for comfort and the highlight for me was their extensive breakfast buffet range in a cosy table setting. "Everything at the hotel is as you would expect from NH - clean, great public areas / restaurants, good menu choice, large room, perfect heating / ventilation, lots of bathroom supplies, big choice at breakfast that would suit everyone etc. One aspect that the hotel did excel in was the staff - breakfast front of house is so welcoming, and the gentlemen in the restaurant / bar were brilliant."
